Currently, RoburLog features the 5×5 program, one of the most popular and effective beginner-to-intermediate strength training routines. The 5×5 method focuses on five compound exercises — squat, bench press, barbell row, overhead press, and deadlift — performed across two alternating workouts, three days per week. You perform 5 sets of 5 reps for each exercise (with the exception of deadlifts at 1×5), starting with manageable weights and adding a small increment every session. This simple, progressive overload approach builds strength steadily and reliably.
When you enroll in the 5×5 program, RoburLog initializes your training plan with your starting weights and handles all the progression logic automatically. Before each session, the app tells you exactly which workout is next and what weights to use for every exercise. As you complete workouts and log your sets, the app tracks your performance and adjusts future sessions accordingly.
